I recently had a fantastic ski trip at a hotel in the mountains. The hotel is located at the top level, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the town of Echigo-Yuzawa. The location is perfect, right in the center of the mountain, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the mountain view from my room, it was breathtaking.

Access to the hotel can be difficult for those with mobility issues due to the snowy roads and stairs.

We spent New Year's Eve at this resort and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views of the surrounding area. The location was ideal, as we had easy access to the ski area and it was convenient to rent and store our equipment. We also appreciated the friendly and polite staff who were always available to answer our questions.

There were limited dining options nearby, so we had to pack some food before arriving. the shuttle bus ran a bit late on the day of our departure, causing us to be late for our planned train.

We had a fantastic Christmas break in the snow-covered mountains! The hotel had great skiing facilities with equipment rental and storage available on site. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Plus, the location was perfect for accessing the slopes easily.

The dining options were limited, and making a reservation for the hotel's dining option was a must. It would have been great to have more variety available for dinner, but we did find a fantastic Italian restaurant nearby with delicious food.

Friendly and helpful staff - The staff at this hotel are attentive and friendly. Even if some of them don't speak fluent English, they will go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. Delicious breakfast with a fantastic view - The breakfast at this hotel is a treat for both the taste buds and the eyes. With a variety of options, including Japanese and Western dishes, you'll be spoiled for choice. And to top it off, you can enjoy your meal while taking in the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

No bathrobes provided - While this hotel offers all the basic amenities one would need, it would be even more comfortable if bathrobes were included in the room. However, this is a minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant stay.
